LEAD TIME

Our standard lead time is about 2 weeks (10-12 business days) not including potential days in transit if shipped.
Rush turnaround is available and fees are calculated situationally.

RETURNS

Returns are permitted if the following takes place:

• Decorations are detaching from the items

• Print or embroidery is missing lettering or an important design element

Returns are NOT permitted for the following:

• Shirts or hats don’t fit how you imagined or wanted them to

• Shirt colors fading after prolonged use and wash cycles

• You decide you don’t need them anymore

If items are returned, we offer two options:

• Received a refund for all items returned

• Have the order re-done (free of charge)

ARTWORK

I don’t have artwork files, can you help create custom artwork?

• Yes to a certain extent. We can create simple graphic designs if needed. Fees will apply based on the project requirements.

I only have JPG or PNG Files, will that work for my job?

• The short answer is no, JPG or “Rasterized” files are not ideal and cannot be used for screen printing or embroidery. Artwork must be vectorized for screen printing or digitized for embroidery. We offer these services in-house so it’s no sweat if all you can provide are JPG or PNG files.
